We have a team of highly trained Learning Assistants that are all passionate about coding, robotics and child stem education. we refer to our teachers as learning assistants as we believe that they are there to facilitate and guide the STUDENT as they discover a fun new world of computer science and engineering.

Prince Alvin Chawanda

Prince holds a Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology from Daeyang University. He has completed several projects around game development and is very passionate and driven about 3D modelling and Digital Art and tries to incorporate that into his projects. Before joining our team he previously taught kids at Jacaranda Foundation for 2 years, teaching them early computer science concepts with remarkable results, several students excelled and earned scholarships to further their Computer Science education.

Joana Nkhoma

Joana holds a first degree in Computer Science Systems Administration and an Honors in Digital Forensics from Namibia University of Science and Technology. She is most passionate about cyberspace protection for children and she has worked in various roles around this work. She would like to see more young girls explore careers in Computer Science and STEM.

Emily Bulawayo

Emily has a Bachelor Honours degree in Computing (Information Systems) from the National College of Information Technology Malawi. She has been involved in the creation of several web projects. Emily is passionate about Human Computer Interaction and Design. She's most excited about encouraging young minds to create. She believes the younger generation of girls and boys have a great potential to achieve more in computer science and technology.

Amos Kudzala

Amos has worked in various roles as an IT Consultant. His strong suit is Systems Administration, Database Administration and Network Administration. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from CTI Education Group, Bedfordview, South Africa. Amos is most passionate about developing businesses around exciting IT applications and he would like to see more kids contributing to the software development sector at a younger age.

Carol Gonawamba

Carol holds a first degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering from the University of Malawi Polytechnic. She also is a certified Drone Pilot from the African Drone and Data Academy run by UNICEF. She brings a unique skillset to our team combining electronic knowledge of hardware, computer engineering with software development and her advanced training in drone build and assembly. She is most excited and driven to get more girls into engineering and computer science professions.
